Getting There
Roatan is now easier to get to than ever. There are Weekly direct flights from Miami, Houston, Atlanta and Newark with more on the way. The airlines that offer these direct flights are , Continental, Delta, and Taca. Due to changing schedules it is best if you go direct to their website for current information. Some of these carriers also offer non direct flights throughout the week yet due to logistics, plane size and luggage issues I would try my best to book direct.
Also, beware of luggage limits. Most now have a 2 bag per person of 50lbs each limit for checked bags along with being able to carry on one bag and a "personal item". Make good use of your carry on.
